Job description

We are seeking a Program Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience in Program Management/ Project Management, and a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have successfully performed the role of Program Manager for at least two customer financial transformation programs, demonstrating end-to-end ownership, stakeholder management, and delivery of strategic outcomes.

• Experience in providing strategic IT direction, including developing comprehensive IT work plans aligned with business goals, creating and managing detailed schedules, project estimates, and resource allocation plans.
• Experience in planning and coordinating program-level activities, setting priorities, and aligning initiatives with long-term strategic objectives.
• Experience with Financial Planning & Forecasting, Budget Creation, Budget Tracking & Monitoring, and Cost Control.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks at the program level.
• Experience in optimizing allocation and utilization of human, financial, and material resources to maximize program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Expertise in the banking domain, with a comprehensive understanding of core business functions.
• Experience with Financial Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent leadership and team management skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
