Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for large IT programs in India. You will define scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality standards.

You will serve as the primary client contact, drive governance, manage KPIs, and mentor cross-functional teams across Analysts, Developers, and Architects. Strong SDLC and hybrid delivery experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10–15+ years IT industry experience with 5+ years in project management roles.
• Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale IT projects/programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Ensure optimal resource utilization and capacity planning.

Financial & Resource Management

• Track project financials including effort utilization, revenue realization, margins, and forecasting.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Support account growth opportunities and resource planning activities.

Client Relationship Management

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Support business development activities, proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
