Job summary

Coforge Limited in Greater Noida is seeking an experienced IT Project Leader to drive end-to-end project delivery across initiations to closure. You will define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and develop detailed plans with effort estimates and resource plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10-15+ years IT industry experience with 5+ years in Project Management roles.
• Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale IT projects/programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and drive corrective actions wherever required.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Track project KPIs, SLAs, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project execution.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.
• Manage issues, escalations, dependencies, and change requests.
• Maintain risk and issue registers and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams including BAs, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Support teams.
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization and capacity planning.
• Track project financials including effort utilization, revenue realization, margins, and forecasting.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
