Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program coordination.
• Experience managing software development, IT implementation, digital transformation, or business process projects preferred.
• PM/PRINCE2/CSM/SAFe or equivalent certification adds advantage.
• Experience with distributed teams, client-facing delivery models and vendor coordination.
• Experience leading teams of 10–15 members.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders for smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and elevate risks and issues.
• Manage estimates, timelines, scope changes, and delivery commitments.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint/release planning, reviews, steering updates, and communications.
• Ensure adherence to process, quality standards and delivery best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement with retrospectives and process optimization.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, identify & mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and proactively elevate risks and issues.
• Manage effort estimates, timelines, scope changes, and delivery commitments.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint/release planning, reviews, steering updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure adherence to project process, quality standards and delivery best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives, lessons learned sessions, and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
• Advanced Excel & Word skills
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MPP
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and delivery presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program coordination.
• Experience managing software development, IT implementation, digital transformation, or business process projects is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working with distributed teams, client-facing delivery models, and vendor coordination is desirable.
