Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru, India seeks a Senior Project Lead to drive end-to-end project delivery for large residential developments. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, contracts, bidding, and vendor relationships, and ensure projects meet scope, quality, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in civil engineering project leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record of stakeholder management and life-cycle oversight.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project leadership.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end project execution.
• Experience leading large residential projects.
• Experience in contracts, bidding and vendor management.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and project life cycle.
• Team handling and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s / MBA in Project or Construction Management (Tier1/2 Universities) / PMP certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for large residential developments.
