Job summary

Knight Frank in India is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost plans for civil projects, and to develop detailed schedules and budgets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct quantity analysis, and provide technical support during site visits to resolve quantity-related issues.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of relevant experience and a Civil engineering degree, with proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity surveying fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs, estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, quantity estimation, and quantity surveying principles.
