Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a procurement specialist in Mumbai to create and manage a comprehensive procurement schedule, coordinate with Design and Engineering teams, and provide RAS dates for site items.

You will track materials costs against the project budget, maintain accurate purchase orders, inventory logs, and delivery schedules, and report updates to the Project Manager to prevent cost overruns.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain a procurement schedule coordinating with Design and Engineering Team.
• Provide RAS (Required at Site) dates for all procurement items based on Build Strategy stages.
• Track procurement tracker updates with Design (Engineering) and Procurement, ensuring materials are stored and organized for access and tracking.
• Monitor materials costs against the project budget and report potential cost overruns to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a comprehensive procurement schedule in coordination with the Design and Engineering Team.
• Provide RAS dates for all procurement items as per Build Strategy decisions.
• Track and update the procurement tracker with Design and Procurement; ensure proper storage and accessibility of materials.
• Track material costs against the project budget and report spending and overruns to the Project Manager.

• Create and maintain comprehensive procurement schedule, in coordination with Design and Engineering Team.
• Providing RAS (Required at Site) dates for all the procurement items based on stages of project as decided in the Build Strategy of the project.
• Track and update procurement tracker via follow up with Design (Engineering) and Procurement department and ensure materials are stored and organized effectively for easy access and tracking.
• Track materials costs against the project budget, providing regular updates to the Project Manager on spending and potential cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all materials-related activities, including purchase orders, inventory logs, and delivery schedules.
