Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a procurement professional to create and maintain a comprehensive procurement schedule in coordination with the Design and Engineering Team. You will provide RAS (Required at Site) dates for procurement items based on project stages from the Build Strategy.

Additionally, you will track and update the procurement tracker with Design and Procurement teams, ensure materials are stored and organized for easy access, and monitor costs against the project budget with

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive procurement schedule, in coordination with Design and Engineering Team.
• Providing RAS (Required at Site) dates for all the procurement items based on stages of project as decided in the Build Strategy of the project.
• Track and update procurement tracker via follow up with Design (Engineering) and Procurement department and ensure materials are stored and organized effectively for easy access and tracking.
• Track materials costs against the project budget, providing regular updates to the Project Manager on spending and potential cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all materials-related activities, including purchase orders, inventory logs, and delivery schedules.
