Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a procurement professional to manage the end-to-end procurement process for complex projects in Gurugram.

You will create schedules, coordinate with Design and Engineering teams, track costs, maintain records, and ensure timely delivery of materials while staying within budget.

This role requires organized individuals who can work cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive procurement schedule, in coordination with Design and Engineering Team.
• Providing RAS (Required at Site) dates for all the procurement items based on stages of project as decided in the Build Strategy of the project.
• Track and update procurement tracker via follow up with Design (Engineering) and Procurement department and ensure materials are stored and organized effectively for easy access and tracking.
• Track materials costs against the project budget, providing regular updates to the Project Manager on spending and potential cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all materials-related activities, including purchase orders, inventory logs, and delivery schedules.
