Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bengaluru seeks a procurement professional to create and maintain a comprehensive procurement schedule in coordination with the Design and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project milestones.

You will provide RAS dates for procurement items, track materials costs against the budget, maintain records of POs, inventory logs and deliveries, and keep the Project Manager updated on spending and potential cost overruns.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive procurement schedule in coordination with Design and Engineering Team.
• Providing RAS (Required at Site) dates for all procurement items based on stages of project as decided in Build Strategy.
• Track and update procurement tracker via follow up with Design (Engineering) and Procurement department and ensure materials are stored and organized effectively for easy access and tracking.
• Track materials costs against the project budget, providing regular updates to the Project Manager on spending and potential cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all materials-related activities, including purchase orders, inventory logs, and delivery schedules.
