Job summary

Isgec Heavy Engineering in Gujarat seeks a project scheduling professional to establish integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing and dispatch. • Establish and maintain integrated project schedules for engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and dispatch activities.
• Develop project execution strategies, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Monitor project performance against approved baselines and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage project controls including schedule analysis, forecasting, and progress measurement.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive material readiness and procurement expediting for critical components.
• Monitor fabrication and assembly schedules to ensure adherence to customer delivery commitments.
• Identify schedule, procurement, and resource risks at an early stage.
• Develop mitigation plans and recovery schedules to minimize project delays.
• Conduct critical path analysis and recommend actions to improve project performance.
