Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Ankleshwar, Gujarat seeks a procurement professional to create and maintain a comprehensive procurement schedule in tandem with Design and Engineering teams.

You will track materials costs, provide RAS dates, manage purchase orders, and maintain inventory records to support project budgets and prevent cost overruns. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and organized storage for easy access.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive procurement schedule, in coordination with Design and Engineering Team.
• Provide RAS (Required at Site) dates for all the procurement items based on stages of project as decided in the Build Strategy of the project.
• Track and update procurement tracker via follow up with Design (Engineering) and Procurement department and ensure materials are stored and organized effectively for easy access and tracking.
• Track materials costs against the project budget, providing regular updates to the Project Manager on spending and potential cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all materials-related activities, including purchase orders, inventory logs, and delivery schedules.
