Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited in Chennai seeks a Senior Manager - Program Management to drive cross-functional planning from concept to launch for flagship vehicle programs. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and milestones with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.

You will manage risks, perform gateway reviews, and use data analytics to forecast workloads and overruns, shaping investment decisions and program outcomes. MBA/PMP/Scrum encouraged; BE/B.Tech required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ experience in automotive (OEM/ Tier-1 OEM) or cross-functional roles.
• Exposure to at least one full vehicle program or equivalent NPD scale.
• BE/B.Tech with desirable MBA/PMP/Scrum certifications.
• Software knowledge: MSP, Primavera P6, Planisware, JIRA, Smartsheet, ASANA (portfolio) and Wrike.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, cost, and risks from Program Kick off phase to SOP Phase.
• Drive milestone planning and gateway reviews.
• Collaborate with PD, Product Planning, Finance & Platform teams on investment alignment.
