Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch for automotive programs in Chennai. You will coordinate timing, budgets, and milestones across PD, Product Planning, Finance, and Platform teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven risk forecasting, milestone governance, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely SOPs and successful program outcomes. BE/B.Tech is required; MBA/PMP/Scrum certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in engineering or allied field is required.
• MBA, PMP or Scrum certs desirable for senior program oversight.
• Experience in automotive product development and cross-functional roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive milestone planning and gateway reviews across functions.

Youll lead timing, investment, and cross-functional coordination from concept to launch—supporting major product milestones and business decisions.

What you'll do:

• Manage project timelines, cost, and risks from Program Kick off phase to SOP Phase
• Drive milestone planning and gateway reviews
• Collaborate with PD, Product Planning, Finance & Platform teams on investment alignment
• Use data analytics to forecast project Risks, Workload, and Overruns etc
• Influence Outcomes across full-vehicle programs

What we're looking for:

• 1- 5years' experience in automotive (OEM/ Tier-1 OEM), product development, or cross-functional roles
• Exposure to at least one full vehicle program or equivalent New Product Development (NPD) scale
• BE/B.Tech (MBA/PMP/Scrum certifications desirable)
• Software knowledge: MSP, Primavera P6, Planisware, JIRA, Smartsheet, ASANA (portfolio) and Wrike etc.
