Cyient Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Automotive Infotainment (IVI), HMI, and Display programs for global OEM and Tier-1 customers. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage customer engagements, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold automotive quality and process standards.

The role requires deep expertise in Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, Android Automotive, Linux or QNX, and a proven track record in program management across automotive

Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years in automotive embedded systems development.
At least 5 years in program/project management for automotive products.
Strong experience in IVI, digital cockpit, display or HMI programs.
Proficient with Android Automotive, Linux or QNX platforms.
Experience coordinating middleware, application software, BSP and system integration.
Deep knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262/19014 and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IVI, Display, and HMI programs from concept to production.
Manage cross-functional teams including Systems, Software, BSP, Middleware, and Validation.
Serve as primary customer interface and drive stakeholder communications and escalations.
Monitor scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and delivery risks.
Ensure compliance with automotive quality/process standards and security.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Automotive Infotainment (IVI), HMI, and Display programs for global OEM and Tier-1 customers. The role involves driving cross-functional teams, managing customer engagements, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining compliance with automotive quality and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of automotive IVI, Display, and HMI programs from concept to production.
Manage cross-functional teams comprising Systems, Software, BSP, Middleware, Application, Integration, and Validation engineers.
Serve as the primary customer interface and drive stakeholder communications, reviews, and escalations.
Track project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and delivery risks.
Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262/19014, cybersecurity, and customer-specific processes.
Monitor program metrics, quality KPIs, and release readiness.
Support technical and commercial proposal preparation, effort estimation, and solution discussions.
Drive continuous improvement and successful program delivery across global teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems development.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management for automotive products.
Strong experience in Automotive IVI, Digital Cockpit, Display, or HMI programs.
Good understanding of Android Automotive, Linux, or QNX platforms.
Experience working with Middleware, Application Software, BSP, and system integration teams.
Strong knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262/19014, and Automotive Cybersecurity processes.
Experience in customer-facing roles, stakeholder management, and proposal submissions.
