Job summary

Team Geek Solutions seeks a Senior Professional Services Engineer (NTRX) in Pune to own installation, integration and support of NiCE NTR-x recording solutions for clients in the Financial Services sector. The role demands 5–7 years in FS/banking and strong Windows/telephony know-how.

You will handle remote deployments, client discussions and cross-team collaboration, while maintaining high service quality. Hybrid work with 2 days WFO is offered and certifications like MCP/MCSE are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Financial Services / Banking domain.
• Hands-on with NiCE / Verint or similar recording solutions.
• Strong Windows Server/OS knowledge.
• IP/SIP telephony analysis with a solid telecom background.
• OSI 7-layer, TCP/UDP, LAN/WAN knowledge.
• Wireshark, log analysis and network testing tools.
• Basic SQL or shell scripting for queries and updates.
• Excellent client-facing and meeting leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate and configure NiCE NTR-x remotely per standards.
• Develop/configure features per design specs and customer needs.
• Plan and execute unit, functional and system testing; support UAT.
• Assist customers/vendors with NiCE integration points.
• Provide technical expertise across NiCE product suite.
• Escalate issues to Support, R&D and Management when needed.
• Communicate progress and risks to clients and management.
• Support after-hours, weekends and cross-time-zone work as required.
• Share customer feedback to R&D for product enhancements.

Role Summary

The NTR-x PSE will own installation, integration & support of NiCE NTR-x recording solutions for clients in Financial Services/Banking domain.

Must Have

• Domain: 5-7 Yrs experience in Financial Services / Banking domain
• Recording Solutions: Hands-on with NiCE / Verint / any other recording solutions - Installation, Configuration, Upgrades & Maintenance on Windows/Cloud & NTRX
• OS: Strong Microsoft Windows Server/OS knowledge
• Telephony: IP/SIP communication analysis + Strong telephony background
• Networking: OSI 7-layer, TCP, UDP, LAN/WAN, NICs, Switches, Routers
• Troubleshooting: Wireshark, Log Analysis, Network testing utilities
• Scripting: Basic SQL / Shell - Query & Update knowledge
• Client Skills: Strong customer-facing skills. Able to lead tech discussions & represent NiCE in client meetings
