iKrux Engineering invites experienced professionals to join Delivery and Engineering as NTR-x Professional Services Engineers. You will remotely install, configure, and integrate the NTR-x platform to deliver enterprise-scale recording and compliance solutions for leading banks and financial institutions.

The role covers the full project lifecycle—from sales-to-services transition through project closure—working with Architects, Project Managers, R&D, Customer Support, and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services / Banking domain.
• Hands-on experience with NICE or similar recording solutions (e.g., Verint).
• Microsoft Windows Server/OS knowledge.
• IP/SIP communication analysis and telephony background.
• Networking fundamentals and related tools.
• Troubleshooting with sniffers and analysis tools.
• Basic scripting: SQL / shell queries.
• Strong customer-facing skills during technical discussions.

Responsibilities

About This Position

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Delivery and Engineering team as NTR-x Professional Services Engineers (PSE). This role is responsible for the remote installation, implementation, configuration, and integration of the NTR-x platform, delivering enterprise-scale recording and compliance solutions to leading banks and financial institutions. The PSE provides technical expertise across the full project lifecycle — from sales-to-services transition through project closure — working closely with Architects, Project Managers, R&D, Customer Support, and clients.

Role Description / Core Duties

• Install, integrate, and configure the NTR-x recording solution remotely, following defined methodology, enterprise standards, system requirements, and customer-specific needs
• Develop and configure software features aligned with design specifications and customer requirements; ensure proper integration of all technical architecture components
• Plan and execute unit, functional, and system testing; support client UAT, data validation, and solution verification activities
• Assist customers and their vendors with configuration requirements across all integration points in the customer environment
• Provide technical expertise across the product suite — solution design, technical support, QA, and application overview — throughout every project stage
• Report and elevate implementation issues appropriately; engage Support, R&D, and management for higher-tier assistance when needed
• Maintain proactive, regular communication with customers and management on progress, risks, and technical updates
• Support after-hours, weekend, client-site, and cross-time-zone activities as project demands require
• Communicate customer technical feedback to R&D and Product Support to drive product enhancements and fixes

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Experience in the Financial Services / Banking domain
• Hands-on experience with NICE or similar recording solutions (e.g., Verint) — installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance on Windows/cloud platforms
• Microsoft Windows Server/OS knowledge
• IP/SIP communication analysis and strong telephony background
• Networking fundamentals — OSI 7-layer model, TCP, UDP, LAN/WAN, NICs, switches, and routers
• Troubleshooting with sniffers and analysis tools — Wireshark, log analysis, network-testing utilities
• Basic scripting — SQL / shell query and update knowledge
• Strong customer-facing skills — leading technical discussions, managing stakeholders, representing client meetings

Good-to-Have Skills

• Recording/telephony integration experience with PBX, switch, and ACD vendors — Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Amazon Connect
• Cloud experience — AWS (primary), Azure; virtualization on VMware and Citrix
• Advanced solution experience — MDC, LDAP, SSO, ACD integrations, database migrations, Disaster Recovery, and High-Availability designs
• Microsoft Security — Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DNS, security policies, hardening, encryption, Certificate Authority, EFS
