Job description

• - Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements. Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.


• - Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain NTRX network solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.


• - Database Support: Utilise SQL to manage, query, and analyse data as needed, ensuring that clients’ databases are functioning efficiently and effectively.


• - Cloud Support: Assist clients with cloud deployment and support services, helping them to migrate their systems to the cloud and optimise their cloud infrastructure.


• - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, implementations, and support processes to ensure knowledge transfer within the team and to clients.


• - Training & Development: Provide training and support to clients and team members on NTRX solutions and best practices.


• - Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies within networking and cloud services to enhance service offerings and promote innovation.

Required Skills:

• - Networking Expertise: Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies. Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing network performance is a must.


• - SQL Proficiency: Ability to write, read, and optimise SQL queries, with a robust understanding of relational databases.


• - Cloud Support Skills: Familiarity with cloud vendor platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and experience in providing cloud-based solutions and support.
