Job summary

SuperOps is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and MDM, driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and marketing from our Chennai base.

You will lead product definition, ensure security and compliance across Windows, iOS, and Android, and partner with GTM teams to position, price, and launch features that delight enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management; 3+ years in UEM/MDM or enterprise security
• Familiar with AD/Azure AD and network security protocols
• Hands-on with UEM/MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE)
• AI projects experience is a plus
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep technical expertise to drive the development of our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution, based in Chennai, India. The Senior Product Manager for Unified Endpoint Management will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core UEM/MDM platform, ensuring seamless management for Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android devices. This role requires strong technical expertise in endpoint management, device security, and cross‑platform integration, combined with exceptional product leadership to deliver world‑class solutions that meet enterprise needs.

Lead Solutions Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the UEM platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement solutions for device management, security policies, and compliance across Windows, iOS, and Android ecosystems
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams — engineering, design, sales, and marketing — including close coordination with leadership and go‑to‑market teams based in the US, across time zones, to deliver a cohesive product experience
• Customer Advocacy: Engage with enterprise customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and translate requirements into actionable product features
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends in endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and enterprise security
• Feature Definition: Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, ensuring scalability, security, and usability
• Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales to develop go‑to‑market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans
• Product Success: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement

Must Have:

• 7+ years of product management or related experience, with at least 3 years focused on Unified Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or enterprise security solutions
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and network security protocols
• Strong technical proficiency in endpoint management and security, with knowledge of device compliance, encryption, remote management, and zero‑trust security principles. Hands‑on experience with UEM/MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar) would be a plus
• Practical experience on AI projects to understand and build a portfolio (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or similar)
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives
• Strong experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product decisions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
