We seek an exceptional Senior Product Manager to own product strategy for major platform areas, driving AI-driven innovation, competitive differentiation, and market wins against industry leaders. Core Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for major platform areas across multiple domains
• Define 3-5 year vision for how AI transforms enterprise operations
• Drive competitive differentiation through AI-first innovation vs legacy competitors (ServiceNow, Salesforce)
• Make strategic build/buy/partner decisions with clear business impact analysis
• Own business outcomes: revenue targets, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
• Rapidly learn diverse domains (IT Ops, ITSM, Infrastructure, Security, FinOps) through customer engagement and SME collaboration
• Identify white space opportunities and new market segments for AI-powered solutions
• Champion AI-native product philosophy leveraging ML for discovery, prediction, automation, and optimization
