Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, with focus on technical, AI-driven, or data-centric products.
• Proven track record delivering complex and scalable technical products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous and complex business and technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy focused on technical innovation.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements, product specifications, and user stories.
• Prioritize product features based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, milestones, and priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate product performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive products through the complete lifecycle from concept and development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Define the roadmap for data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and business intelligence dashboards.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to align data capabilities with product and business objectives.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and trustworthiness across products and analytical solutions.
• Support compliance with data privacy and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, business, engineering, and data teams on data strategy and governance.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business teams.
• Develop and support robust Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and technical documentation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and product value propositions clearly to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with commercial objectives.
