Job summary

Flexiple is looking for a Lead to spearhead enterprise endpoint management and modernization projects. This role involves managing large-scale migrations and ensuring compliance across various device ecosystems.

Successful candidates will have over 7 years of experience, specifically with Workspace ONE and related technologies. You will have the opportunity to work directly with enterprise clients and enjoy a flexible remote/hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Workspace ONE, Intune, UEM, MDM, or EUC technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with endpoint-management architecture.
• Experience leading endpoint migrations and enterprise mobility projects.

Lead enterprise endpoint management and device modernization projects used by global organizations across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and cloud‑managed workplace environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement enterprise Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions using Workspace ONE and related endpoint management technologies
• Lead migrations from legacy MDM platforms and Microsoft Intune to Workspace ONE environments
• Configure and manage Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, AirWatch Cloud Connector, enrollment workflows, organization groups, and reporting frameworks
• Architect Zero Trust, conditional access, identity, compliance, and device‑security solutions
• Integrate Workspace ONE with Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, PKI, and certificate‑based authentication systems
• Support Apple DEP/ABM, Android Enterprise, Windows, macOS, iOS, and enterprise mobility deployments
• Troubleshoot enrollment, application deployment, compliance, identity, certificate, networking, and endpoint‑management issues
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to design scalable, secure, and highly available endpoint‑management environments
• Create technical documentation, deployment plans, migration strategies, and implementation best practices
• Support enterprise modernization initiatives across endpoint security, device management, and digital workspace transformation

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience with Workspace ONE, Intune, UEM, MDM, Endpoint Management, Mobility Management, or EUC technologies
• Strong hands‑on experience with Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, AirWatch, and endpoint‑management architecture
• Experience leading endpoint‑management migrations and enterprise mobility transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, PKI, and identity‑management technologies
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and enterprise device ecosystems
• Deep knowledge of certificate‑based authentication, SCEP, directory integrations, compliance controls, and endpoint security
• Strong troubleshooting skills across device management, application deployment, identity integration, networking, and compliance workflows
• Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting capabilities
• Experience in customer‑facing consulting, managed services, system integration, or enterprise infrastructure environments
