Job summary

You should bring 12+ years in product leadership, with 7+ years in fast-paced scale-ups or startups, and a solid UX/UI understanding.

• HRMS background is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area.

About The Role

• This position is for a Senior Product Manager position
• This is an opportunity to help scale a high-growth, fast-paced business redefining access to work around the world.

What will you be doing?

• Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility
• Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines
• Leveraging all of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle.
• Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.
• Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment.

What do we need?

• Product leader with 12+ years of experience, including 7+ years driving product management in fast-paced scale-ups and startups.
• A background in HRMS is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.
• Strong operational & negotiation skills to drive seamless stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.
