Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Talent & Business Success workflows, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to improve manager, employee, and hiring experiences.

You will own roadmap execution for one or more Talent modules, run discovery with HR leaders and users, define success metrics, and coordinate delivery across teams. Mentoring junior PMs and driving adoption will be key outcomes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key charters across the Talent & Business Success suite. The role focuses on improving workflows for managers, employees, and hiring teams, driving module-level outcomes, and ensuring high quality delivery across performance, goals, learning touchpoints, and hiring workflows. You will work with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to solve customer problems with clarity and ownership.
