Job summary

FutureLeap Search Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Product Manager with 7-10 years of product management experience, preferably in Real Estate, PropTech, marketplaces or consumer internet. You will own the complete product journey—from identifying opportunities and defining strategy to launching products and scaling them into meaningful businesses.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale new Real Estate products aligned with long-term vision.
• Identify customer pain points via deep user research and data-driven insights.
• Define strategy, vision, and roadmap for a new business vertical.
• Drive products from ideation to launch and iterate based on feedback and outcomes.
• Own metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, monetization and CSAT.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Leadership to deliver products.
• Prioritize initiatives balancing customer impact, engineering effort, and business value.
• Translate opportunities into clear requirements and execution plans.
• Challenge assumptions and seek opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Lead product discovery with rapid prototyping, hypothesis validation, and A/B testing.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure success and drive optimization.
• Influence stakeholders with structured thinking and strong communication.

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager with 7-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in Real Estate, PropTech, Marketplaces, Classifieds, or Consumer Internet businesses.

You will own the complete product journey—from identifying opportunities and defining strategy to launching products and scaling them into meaningful businesses.

This is not a maintenance Product Manager role. We are looking for someone who has built new businesses, validated product-market fit, driven growth, and influenced business strategy through product thinking.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong ownership mindset, is intellectually curious, challenges conventional thinking, and is comfortable making difficult decisions backed by customer insights and data.

What You'll Own

• Build and scale new Real Estate products that align with the long-term business vision of one of the renowned companies in the industry.
• Identify customer pain points through deep user research, market analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for an entirely new business vertical.
• Drive products from ideation to launch while continuously iterating based on user feedback and business outcomes.
• Own business metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, monetization, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver world-class products.
• Prioritize initiatives by balancing customer impact, engineering effort, and business value.
• Translate ambiguous business opportunities into clear product requirements and execution plans.
• Challenge existing assumptions and continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead product discovery through experimentation, rapid prototyping, hypothesis validation, and A/B testing.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure product success and drive continuous optimization.
• Influence stakeholders across the organization through structured thinking and strong communication.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 7-10 years of Product Management experience.
• Strong preference for candidates from Real Estate, PropTech, Property Marketplaces, Classifieds, Housing Platforms, Consumer Internet, or Marketplace businesses.
• Experience building 0→1 products or launching entirely new business lines.
• Demonstrated experience scaling products through different stages of growth.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs with commercial outcomes.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
