Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking an Associate Product Manager to build and scale our Flights, Hotels, and Experiences platform. We’re building a travel platform spanning Flights, Hotels, and Experiences for one of the largest telecom operators in Europe. The product brings together multiple travel partners and integrates deeply with the telecom’s loyalty ecosystem to create a seamless booking experience for millions of users.
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager who is excited by the challenge of building products from the ground up. You’ll work across the entire product lifecycle—from identifying customer problems and defining solutions to launching features, measuring their impact, and continuously improving the experience.
This role doesn’t end at launch. Once the product is live, you will work closely with users, analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive product-led growth initiatives that improve conversion, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product into one that customers love and one that delivers meaningful business outcomes.
If you’re someone who enjoys solving customer problems, making data-driven decisions, and taking ownership from idea to impact, you’ll thrive in this role.
Above all, we’re looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership. Someone who treats the product as their own, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, and is driven to create meaningful customer and business impact. We value people who are naturally curious, proactive, and passionate about building great products - people who don’t stop once a feature is launched but continuously look for ways to make the product better.
While not a requirement, we’d especially love to hear from candidates who have demonstrated a strong builder mindset outside their day-to-day role. This could include:
These experiences aren’t mandatory, but they often reflect the qualities we value most - ownership, resourcefulness, resilience, and a bias toward action. If you have built something you are proud of, we would love to hear about it.
