Job summary

Procucev Enterprise Solutions in Bengaluru invites an experienced Procurement Specialist to drive cost-saving initiatives across MRO, packing materials and logistics procurement. You will independently manage client procurement using in-house AI tools, lead key negotiations, and finalize vendors to meet price, quality and delivery targets.

The role requires strong spend analysis, SKU-level strategy, and-pan India vendor sourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost savings across procurement and proven realization.
• Experience in MRO, packing materials and logistics procurement.
• Proficient in independent procurement using AI tools.
• Strong negotiation and vendor finalization skills.
• Spend analysis and SKU-level cost-saving strategy.
• Sourcing alternative vendors with best price/quality and terms.
• Understand client requirements and source suppliers.
• Bulk negotiations with OEMs.
• Develop cost estimates to benchmark prices.
• Experience in project capex procurement including civil, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Negotiating sub-contracts and bought-out items.
• Pan-India vendor sourcing and evaluation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Exploring cost savings in all categories of clients procurement and ensure cost savings are realized.
• Experience in MRO, Packing Material and Logistics Procurement
• Over all responsibility of independently handling procurement of client using in-house developed AI Technologies
• Handling all key negotiations and vendor finalization to meet business objectives and operational needs of client in terms of price, quality and delivery.
• Spend analysis using in-house developed software and able to develop SKU wise strategy for cost savings and cost reduction projects and taking ownership of execution of cost saving plans.
• Sourcing and developing alternative vendors for regular requirement of clients at best price and quality along with best delivery and payment terms
• Understanding new product / material requirement of client and sourcing suppliers at a best price in the market.
• Approaching OEMs and handle bulk negotiations at a discounted price.
• Developing cost estimates as negotiation tools to discover bets price in the market.
• Having exposure in project capex procurement which includes which includes Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, CCTV, FAS and FPS, Signages, VM Elements,
• Negotiating and finalizing price for several sub contract works and bought out items
• Pan India vendor sourcing and evaluation

PG – Not mandatory. But preference will be given for B.Tech + MBA
