Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Lead to drive end-to-end procurement transformation, from initiation to stabilization, while communicating progress to executives. The role requires 8–12+ years in project management or procurement, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of large-scale transformations across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree recommended in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading medium-to-large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and procurement operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation projects from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Create executive-level presentations and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations and external partners.
• Drive standardization, automation, and digital transformation, including SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Monitor progress, manage risks/issues/dependencies, and ensure timely milestones.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps aligned with objectives.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption.
• Measure outcomes through KPIs, benefits realization, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure governance, quality standards, and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Recommended Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading medium-to-large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement operations.
