Job summary

Infosys BPM Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management professional in Chennai to consolidate data, process orders, and coordinate export activities.

You will work with SAP to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a high-volume environment. The role requires a Graduate degree and familiarity with SAP ERP for inventory, order entry, and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with SAP ERP for inventory, order entry, invoicing.
• Ability to manage high-volume product orders.
• Exposure to export processes and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to support inventory checks and order entry.
• Perform order management functions including entry and expediting.
• Ensure accurate order entry, change orders and related telephone information while meeting call center objectives.
• Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from entry to shipment.
• Plan and manage via SAP the end-to-end process from Order Entry to Collection.
• Provide order management support for sales including order entry and tracking using SAP.
• Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of export processes from ERP to interfaced systems.
• Apply knowledge of simple and complex contract aspects under order booking and management.

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry.
• Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting.
• Provided accurate order entry, change order and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals.
• Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
• Plan and pro-actively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection.
• Provided order management support for sales including order entry and order tracking using SAP.
• Order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability management of orders.
• Extensive intricate knowledge of SAP ERP system, including inventory, sales, and receivables and invoicing modules.
• End to end knowledge on the Export process system - from ERP to interfaced systems.
• Extensive knowledge on simple and complex contract under order booking and management.
