Job summary

Utthunga Technologies in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a Graduate Chemical Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in Process Design and Engineering to contribute to oil & gas, chemicals and water treatment projects.

You will perform simulations, hydraulic and pump calculations, prepare PFDs and PIDs, and review vendor documents, ensuring deliverables meet project and safety standards, while coordinating with process teams.

ASPEN HYSYS/PLUS and UNISIM experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate Chemical Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in Process Design and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check Process Engineering Deliverables.
• Perform simulations and hydraulic/pump calculations.

Job description

A Graduate Chemical Engineer with 05-10 years of experience in Process Design and Engineering. Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Water Treatmentwould be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

A Process Engineer, responsible for preparation and checking Process Engineering Deliverables and performing such activities.

Perform Simulation, perform H&MB, prepare/ check PFD, PID, Cause and Effect Diagram, Hydraulic and Pump calculations, Operations and Control Philosophy, preparation of Fluid Class List, Equipment List, Utility Calculations, Equipment size calculations, pre and post award vendor technical clarifications, Vendor Documents Review. Review of Technical proposals.

Knowledge and experience in ASPEN HYSYSand PLUS, UNISIM is mandatory
