Job summary

Utthunga Technologies in Bengaluru invites a Process Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in process design and engineering to join our chemical/oil & gas projects. You will develop design documents and perform calculations under guidance.

Candidate should be proficient with Aspen HYSYS and UNISIM, and capable of collaborating across the Process team to deliver robust designs. Experience in Oil & Gas or Chemicals is a plus, and a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Process Design and Engineering.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals would be a plus.
• Graduate Chemical Engineer with degree in Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Process Design Documents and perform design/engineering calculations independently or with guidance from Lead Engineer.
• Prepare Process Design Basis, HMB, PFD, PID, hydraulic, pump and utility calculations, equipment sizing, and Equipment List.
• Coordinate with other team members in the Process Team to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Perform process simulations using Aspen HYSYS, UNISIM, or similar software.

Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description

A graduate Chemical Engineer with 3-5 year's experience in Process Design and Engineering. Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals would be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Process Engineer responsible for preparation of Process Design Documents and performing design & engineering calculations independently or with guidance from Lead Engineer.

Should be conversant with preparation of Process Design Basis, H&MB, PFD, PID, hydraulic calculations, pump calculations, utility calculations, equipment sizing calculations, Equipment List, etc.

Should be capable of performing Simulation. Exposure to ASPEN HYSYS, UNISIM, and other Process simulation softwares for HE design is a must.

Should be able to work as a team member and be able to coordinate with other team members in the Process Team.

Mandatory Skills: Aspen HySYS, Process Engineering, Process Design, P&ID/ PFD/ Ufd

Desirable Skills: PFD, Aspen, Chemical Engineer
