Qualifications

• Familiarity with standards / FEED / EPC project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review process engineering deliverables in compliance with international standards.
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balance, equipment/instrument datasheets.
• Perform hydraulic calculation, pump/compressor sizing, and flare load summaries.
• Conduct Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus simulations and process modelling.
• Participate in HAZOP / HAZID / model reviews.
• Provide technical support during procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning & commissioning.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for design integration.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables.

We are hiring Process Engineers to support Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects. The role involves developing process engineering deliverables, performing process simulations, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and review process engineering deliverables in compliance with international standards.
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balance, equipment/instrument datasheets and process calculations.
• Perform hydraulic calculation, pump/compressor sizing, PSV sizing and flare load summaries.
• Conduct Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus simulations and process modelling.
• Participate in HAZOP / HAZID / model reviews / SIL studies.
• Provide technical support during procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning & commissioning.
• Coordinate with mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines for design integration.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2 – 10 years of Process Engineering experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemicals.
• Strong working knowledge of:
