Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a process engineer with 3+ years' experience in EPC/oil & gas/chemical industries to perform process engineering, design, and thermal sizing. The role includes creating PFDs, O&Ms, and equipment sizing, plus using Aspen Plus/HYSYS for simulations and HTRI for heat exchanger design.

The candidate should hold a BE in Chemical Engineering and will work on projects across related sectors in India.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within EPC, oil & gas, chemical, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (BE chemical).

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic engineering: process flow diagrams (PFDs), heat & material balances, equipment sizing.
• Perform detailed engineering: equipment datasheets, specifications, operating philosophies, and line sizing.
• Conduct thermal design, rating, and optimization of heat exchangers using HTRI software.
