Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience in Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT).
• Strong knowledge of Business Assurance, Revenue Assurance and Fraud management.
• Experience in process re-engineering and risk analysis across assurance domains.
• Familiarity with end-to-end BSS/OSS architectures and telecom frameworks.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle, order-to-cash, and revenue/cost accounting principles.
• Ability to translate complex client problems into practical, high-value solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives and perform risk analysis across assurance domains.
