Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in Business Assurance / Revenue Assurance within telecom.
• Strong understanding of telecom revenue streams and risk areas.
• Experience engaging with customers and conducting workshops.
• Familiarity with TM Forum or RAG Business Assurance Framework (preferred).
• Knowledge of RPA, AI, or ML (preferred).
• Certifications from TM Forum, RAG, GSMA, or CFCA are an added advantage.
