VRINDA INTERNATIONAL in Pune is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end telecom transformation projects from initiation and funding approval through execution, deployment, go-live and stabilization.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong Agile/Hybrid delivery, and proficiency with Azure DevOps, SAP financial tools, and MS Office suite to produce executive dashboards for leadership oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management for telecom transformations.
• Experience leading end-to-end telecom transformation projects from initiation to stabilization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria.
• Manage planning, estimation, funding approvals and execution.
• Drive governance, steering committee meetings and decision-making.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and financial performance.
• Track project health, dependencies, milestones and critical path.
• Own RAID management and ensure timely resolution of risks/issues.
• Manage scope changes through formal change control.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and third-party partners.
• Ensure testing, quality and business acceptance before sign-off.
• Provide executive-level reporting and project dashboards.
• Lead go-live, hypercare and transition to operations.
• Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
