As a Telecom Audit & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting audits, evaluating business controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with technical, IT, network, business, finance, and operational teams to review telecom processes, assess revenue streams, and drive corrective actions for identified gaps. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to provide actionable recommendations that enhance governance and compliance frameworks. Successful candidates will contribute to improving operational controls, reducing business risks, and strengthening compliance across critical telecom functions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external audits across telecom business and operational environments.
• Review telecom processes, controls, and revenue streams to identify operational and financial risks.
• Identify, track, and drive closure of audit observations, findings, and exceptions.
• Evaluate control effectiveness and recommend improvements to governance frameworks.
• Analyze telecom revenue flows and business processes to identify leakage risks and compliance gaps.
• Assess B2B Data Products, telecom service delivery processes, and operational controls.
• Collaborate with Technical, Network, IT, Finance, Business, and Operations teams during audit engagements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2-14 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Revenue Assurance, Internal Controls, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.

• Understanding of B2B Data Products and telecom service ecosystems.
