Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analysing reports, operating practices, and documentation, and recommend opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of telecom network architecture and revenue flow structures across all B2B Data Products.
• Quantify and report revenue leakage, and present recommended solutions to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Manage Revenue Assurance audits conducted by Internal and External Auditors, with a focus on mitigating exceptions reported in earlier audits.
• Coordinate with Technical, IT, and Business teams to drive closure of open issues and support new project implementation from a revenue assurance standpoint.
• Drive digitization of manual workflows to improve control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high visibility and trusted relationships with Regulatory Partners.

Required Skills & Experience

• 612 years of overall experience, with a strong background in the telecom industry; experience in a Compliance, Revenue Assurance, or related controls function is preferred.
• Sound understanding of telecom network and revenue flow structures, particularly for B2B Data Products.
• Proven experience handling internal/external audits, including tracking and closing audit exceptions.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Technical, IT, and Business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with influence and impact — conveying insights, a clear point of view, and recommendations in ways that inspire action and advance business strategy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking environment.
• Proficiency in MS Access and Advanced Excel.
