Responsibilities

• Lead the Capital Markets Operations Practice and drive strategic growth initiatives.
• Define and execute the practice vision, transformation roadmap, and innovation strategy.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation programs leveraging Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Intelligent Automation and Data Modernization.
• Develop industry offerings, solutions, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets for Capital Markets.
• Partner with leadership to define Go-to-Market strategies and business expansion plans.
• Support sales and business development through RFP/RFI responses and client engagements.
