Job description

• To be a part of a highly motivated, young, and energetic product development Team.
• You will be handling high traffic web site operations, pro-active maintenance and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal working and performance of the websites.
• Assisting with mentoring junior team members, code reviews.
• To ensure code is clean, effective, simple, and follows coding standards.
• To advise, recommend, and justify critical architecture decisions to management.
• Mastery over database and code architecture best practices. Teaches all other engineers best
• architectural and coding practices, as per company coding standards.
• Solve technical problems by working closely with Engineering Managers, UX, Product Managers, and offshore teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Manage the delicate balance between implementation complexity, time to market and scalability.
• Team oriented, willingness to standardize code and architecture.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech/BE/BS/MS/MCA in Computer Science.
• You have strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
