Job summary

Freshersworld is seeking a Senior PHP Developer to craft clean, scalable backend systems and modular PHP components. You will optimize performance, tackle architectural challenges, and ensure robust API integrations.

The role requires 4+ years in PHP/JS/MySQL, deep knowledge of PHP frameworks, REST/SOAP APIs, and frontend tech like HTML/CSS/JS. Collaboration with a team to deliver features end-to-end is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL backend experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong knowledge of advanced PHP.
• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, such as Laravel, Codeigniter, Zend, Symfony, Drupal, etc
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Jquery
• Expert-level knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Must be worked on creating and consuming RESTful and SOAP based APIs.
• Creating database Schemas that represent and support business processes
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of version control tools, such as Git, SVN
• Knowledge of Angular and node.js
• Experience in common third-party APIs
• Basic knowledge of Android will add an advantage
• Experience with AWS/EC2, or other cloud services
• Follow industry best practices
• Should be a good team player
• Should be able to guide team members in complex solutions
