Qualifications

• MCA, BE/B.Tech, BCA, M.Tech, Diploma-IT, BSC-IT or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience with PHP, Laravel, React, Next.js, Go Lang, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader to lead our development team and drive the development of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building innovative solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications.

Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications using DevOps practices and tools like Docker.

Identify and resolve technical challenges, and provide innovative solutions.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, React, Next.js, Go Lang, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Experience with frontend and backend development.

Strong grip on Rest APIs, Swagger, Auth and other known libraries.

Experience with version control systems (Git).

Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Experience with Redis for caching and data storage will be added advantage.

Basic Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Basic Knowledge with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability assessment.
