Zalaris India is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Specialist to manage employee data, payroll inputs, and multi-country payroll processes across EMEA and EU. You will work with SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors, deliver reports, and resolve complex cases.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive payroll operations experience with exposure to multiple countries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; fluent in English; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Registration and maintenance of employee data (new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control).
• Maintenance of organizational structure.
• Absence/attendance registration and handling.
• Registration of payroll data input (deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries).
• Preparation and delivery of reports.
• Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone.
• Producing contracts and other employment-related documentation.
• Maintaining physical and/or electronic archives.
• Solving problems and acting as case manager for complex multi-functional issues.
• Training and guiding other team members.
• Performing any additional tasks linked to the primary scope of the position.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; fluent in English (additional EU languages an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
