Zalaris is expanding its HR Services organization and seeks a Senior HR Service Partner to deliver high-quality HR services across multiple countries and regions. You will own service delivery for a country cluster, manage escalations, and drive improvements in a global HR environment.

You will collaborate with employees, managers, client stakeholders, and partner teams, ensuring compliant, efficient, and high-performing HR service. Strong HR operations and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of HR Operations/Shared Services, HRBP or HR Service Delivery experience.
• Experience handling complex cases and multi-country service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance frameworks and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalations for a cluster of countries and monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as escalation point and coach for new joiners within the team.
• Support HR transformation, process redesign and automation initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decisions.

Job description

Zalaris is expanding its HR Services organisation and is looking for a Senior HR Service Partner to support the delivery of high-quality HR services across multiple countries and regions. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who combines strong HR operational expertise with the ability to manage complex cases, stakeholder relationships, and service performance within a global HR environment.

As a Senior HR Service Partner, you will act as an escalation point for complex HR matters, take ownership of service delivery across a cluster of countries, drive process improvements, and support HR transformation initiatives. You will work closely with employees, managers, client stakeholders, and partner teams to ensure an efficient, compliant, and high-performing HR service.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage escalations and taking responsibility for a cluster of countries
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs for the client group and take corrective action on misses
• Deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data management and offboarding
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers and client leads, providing high-quality HR support and guidance
• Manage and resolve HR queries, requests and escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure HR processes are executed accurately, confidentially and in line with company policies and compliance requirements
• Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards and metrics to support operational and business decisions
• Drive process efficiencies and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise HR processes
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation and governance standards to ensure service excellence and SLA adherence
• Support audits, compliance activities and risk management by ensuring accurate HR records and documentation
• Contribute to HR transformation, digitalisation and system enhancement initiatives, including process redesign and automation projects
• Leverage HR technologies, AI-powered tools and data insights to improve efficiency, employee experience and service delivery
• Support onboarding/induction logistics and act as coach for any new joiners in the team
• Taking part of HR implementation projects ensuring the correct setup during implementations

Your Experience and Skills

• 8–12 years in HR Operations/Shared Services, HRBP, or HR Service Delivery roles
• Strong hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle etc., high preference for SAP SuccessFactors
• Proven track record managing client/stakeholder relationships and escalations in a high-volume environment
• Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance frameworks
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and SOP ownership
• Exposure to HR transformation projects (system implementation, digitization, change management)
• Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools and a thoughtful approach to their ethical use
• Excellent communication, judgment, and ability to balance policy adherence with practical solutions
• Bachelor's degree (HR, business, or related field) is a must; HR certification (e.g., PGDHRM, SHRM-CP) preferred
