Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking a retail sales associate in our Maharashtra store. You will greet customers, help them choose eyeglasses and sunglasses, and drive sales while maintaining top service levels.

You will collaborate with the store team to meet targets, coordinate with the sales reps during peak hours, and follow up on feedback to boost customer satisfaction and NPS. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Assisting customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses.
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all customers are given the best in customer service.
• Working with the store team to assist in achieving store targets.
• Follow-up on customer enquiries daily and ensure marketing SMS blasts as directed by management.
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
• Greeting customers and finding out their needs.
• Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring higher NPS for the store.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Ensure customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level.

• Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's
• Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level.
• Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned.
• Follow-up on customer enquiries every day and make sure marketing SMS blasts are sent as per management direction.
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
• The candidate must be Graduate with pleasant personality and good communication skills, Must be fluent in English.
• Greeting customers and find out the needs.
