About The Role

As a LOO Return Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting Institutional and Commercial Lending customers by ensuring the accurate validation, processing and setup of lending facilities. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Credit teams, Product partners and Operations stakeholders, you will be responsible for reviewing returned Letters of Offer, validating documentation requirements, and completing facility setup activities across core lending platforms such as Loan IQ, Orion and other banking systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer, banker and risk outcomes while contributing to process improvement initiatives. What will your day look like?

• Experience in Lending Operations, Banking Operations, Loan Administration, or Customer Documentation.
• Understanding of lending processes, facility setup, and documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of Loan IQ, Orion, CACHE, or similar banking systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Institutional Banking, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Lending Operations.
• Exposure to Loan IQ and lending facility maintenance activities.
• Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across banking functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
