Job summary

ANZ is seeking an Ops Senior Specialist - Onboarding for the GCC, based in Bangalore. You will become a SME for ACM onboarding processes, support BAU changes, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely delivery of onboarding, maintenance, and client data tasks.

With 6–8 years in banking and hands-on experience in client onboarding, you will drive process improvements and ensure control obligations are met. This role requires early morning shifts and permanent employment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in banking with client onboarding experience.
• Experience in account maintenance and channel setup.
• Working knowledge of core systems and platforms used in onboarding and maintenance.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Manager, the primary function of this role is to become a SME for the ACM process and support any onboarding processes and requirements. The incumbent is also expected to: Manage the production tasks and play a role in various projects and BAU changes being implemented in the ACE team. 'This role will face into International Static data team in relation to any interactions/guidance to be provided on various service requests received and support BAU. What will your day look like?

• Staff should be able to supports multiple regions like AU, SG, SG, HK, IN, Laos, PH, PNG and VN and co-ordinate across team members and stakeholders to meet the business deliverables
• End to End on day to day basis
• Ability to perform 4 eye checking and ensure to deliver 100%
• Capability to manage escalations and production effectively
• Ability to utilise the resources effectively
• SME knowledge of client onboarding, off boarding and maintenance of institutional customers on on core systems and channel platforms etc…
• Deliver process improvements across the team that result in incident reduction and improved customer satisfaction
• Ensure that a review process exists that satisfies all internal and external control obligations
• Ensures all incidents / escalations impacting customer experience and team performances are reported and NFRS are raised proactively
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met on ongoing basis

What will you bring?

• Overall 6 - 8 years of experience in Banking sector and 5 years of experience in client Onboarding and Account Maintenance
• Detailed knowledge and experience of operational functions in account and channel setup & maintenance
• Working knowledge of Cache, Cobra, Fincale, Beamnet, MIDANZ, SIG, IVS, GCP, GPP, Fileactive, LMS, cashactive, transactive, Bpay, PIC etc..
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders and the broader Operations team
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
