Job summary

Redbus in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Executive, Supply Operations to drive supply performance, engage partner programs, and push for measurable improvements through structured execution and data analysis.

In this role you will monitor key metrics, analyze data to identify gaps, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with product, supply, support and CRM teams to raise service quality and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, account management, or supply roles.

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Supply Operations to drive supply performance, manage partner engagement programs, and improve key operational metrics through structured execution and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Supply Ops, monitor and improve key operational metrics (Eg Live tracking, Bus cancellations, DMS adoption, etc.
• Analyse operational & business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Assisting in defining SOPs, tracking, and ensuring adherence & execution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, supply, support, CRM, etc.).

Ensure adherence to operational standards and policies.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / MBA

Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum)

24 years of experience in operations, account management, or supply roles.
