Job summary

Care Plus Facility Private Limited is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations and the supply chain, from procurement through delivery. You will drive production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics to boost efficiency and growth.

The role requires 8–15 years in Operations and SCM with 3–5 years in a managerial capacity, plus strong SAP/ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech with MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics (preferred).
• 8–15 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations, procurement, and supply chain functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage demand planning, production planning, inventory, and material availability.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
• Monitor warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Analyze operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews for management.

Job Title: Operations & Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end operations and supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and process optimization to ensure operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations, procurement, and supply chain functions
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Manage demand planning, production planning, inventory, and material availability

Qualification & Experience:

• BE/B.Tech with MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics (preferred)
• 8–15 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, FMCG, automotive, engineering, pharmaceuticals, or industrial operations
• Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Vendor Development, Import/Export, Warehouse Management, and Distribution Planning

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
