Job summary

Spintly India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive day-to-day activities in a fast-paced setting in Goa. You will align operations with sales targets, develop SOPs, and streamline workflows across production, quality, procurement and logistics.

The role requires 8+ years in operations, strong leadership and analytical skills, and experience with ERP/Zoho and data reporting. Cross-functional collaboration and pressure management are essential for timely customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations or related functions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/Zoho, data reporting, and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

Lead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with sales and business targets.
Develop SOPs, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements.
Monitor KPIs and operational dashboards; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Manage and mentor teams across production, quality, Purchase ,quality and logistics
Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and customer deliverables as per the monthly sales forecast.
Manage supply chain activities: procurement, inventory planning, vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with quality standards /ISO 9001 standard and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
Optimize operational costs
Lead Product pricing for production and R&D,negotiations with suppliers
Conduct supplier audits for process improvements
Manage material and Production planning on monthly basis
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain or related field.
8+ years of experience in operations or related functions.
